Bookings are made on a first-come-first-served basis. Check online to see available slots.
Before and after photos may be used for company marketing and we guarantee confidentiality protection.
Cancellations due to COVID-19
Will only be accepted with original proof of a positive COVID test.
We require 72 hours’ notice by email to cancel or reschedule appointments, otherwise, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee for the total amount of the service booked.
If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may accommodate you with shorter treatment. However, your price won’t be reduced and you won’t be given a special discount.
We ask our clients to arrive 10 minutes early for their appointment at the spa so there’s enough time to sanitize hands, and use the bathroom if required. Forms must be fill out the day booked your appointment!
Tips are not included in the price of the treatments and are recommended from 15% up.
There is public paid parking at 516 N Rush St, Chicago IL 60611. Please make sure to arrive on time to find the right spot for you.
To ensure all our clients can enjoy our spa, we respectfully request that noise be kept to a minimum; cellular phones and electronic devices are discouraged. Remember: You are at the spa to relax and enjoy yourself!
Also, due to COVID precautions, only customers who are attending a treatment are permitted entry into the spa.
Pets are not allowed into our spa due to regulations.
Gift cards are valid for 5 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
We accept all credit and debit cards.
There is no refund for services. However, if you purchased a product and would like to return it, you have up to 15 days after purchasing the product in which to return it. The item must be unworn/unused and in its original, unopened packaging. In addition to this, please email the receipt or proof of purchase.

Welcome to our Brazilian Lymph Spa! We are delighted to offer you our massage and spa services, and we want to make sure that you have a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
- We recommend that you book your appointments in advance to ensure that we have availability for the date and time that you prefer. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We may charge a cancellation fee if you do not provide sufficient notice.
- Payment for our services is due the day of booking the service. We accept only credit cards or debit cards. If you have a gift certificate or promotional voucher, please present it at the time of payment.
- Please inform us of any health conditions or allergies that you have before your appointment. If you are pregnant, have a contagious illness, or have recently had surgery, please let us know before your appointment so that we can determine if our services are appropriate for you.
- We are not responsible for any personal belongings that you bring with you to your appointment. Please make sure to keep your valuables with you at all times.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who is behaving in a disruptive or inappropriate manner.
- We will not be liable for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Changes to these terms
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
