Photos
Before and after photos may be used for company marketing and we guarantee confidentiality protection.
Cancellations due to COVID-19
Will only be accepted with original proof of a positive COVID test.
Cancellation/No show
We require 48 hours’ notice by email to cancel or reschedule appointments, otherwise, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee for the total amount of the service booked.
Lateness
If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may accommodate you with shorter treatment. However, your price won’t be reduced and you won’t be given a special discount.
Check-in
We ask our clients to arrive 10 minutes early for their appointment at the spa so there’s enough time to sanitize hands, fill out any forms and use the bathroom if required.
Gratuities
Tips are not included in the price of the treatments and are recommended from 15% up.
Parking
There is free parking available on the street, please make sure to arrive on time to find the right spot for you.
Relaxing Environment
To ensure all our clients can enjoy our spa, we respectfully request that noise be kept to a minimum; cellular phones and electronic devices are discouraged. Remember: You are at the spa to relax and enjoy yourself!
Also, due to COVID precautions, only customers who are attending a treatment are permitted entry into the spa.
Pets
Pets are not allowed into our spa due to regulations.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for 5 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
Payment
We accept all credit and debit cards.
Refunds
There is no refund for services. However, if you purchased a product and would like to return it, you have up to 15 days after purchasing the product in which to return it. The item must be unworn/unused and in its original, unopened packaging. In addition to this, please email the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Payment for our services is due the day of booking the service. We accept only credit cards or debit cards. If you have a gift certificate or promotional voucher, please present it at the time of payment.
Health considerations
- Please inform us of any health conditions or allergies that you have before your appointment. If you are pregnant, have a contagious illness, or have recently had surgery, please let us know before your appointment so that we can determine if our services are appropriate for you.
Personal belongings
- We are not responsible for any personal belongings that you bring with you to your appointment. Please make sure to keep your valuables with you at all times.
Conduct
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who is behaving in a disruptive or inappropriate manner.
Liability
- We will not be liable for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

- We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
